I am a teacher of a wonderful meditation technique called the Ishayas' Ascension. Ascension has been taught in the United States since 1991 and before that was practiced and preserved for 2000 years by a Christian-Himalayan order of monks called Ishaya (Sanskrit meaning "for Isha or for Christ). This order was founded by the apostle John.
